Welcome to the third STRONG by Zumba® SYNC Summit! This SYNC-exclusive conference now runs two full days, from Friday to Saturday, so you can get the most from this special event.

Learn and train with Ai Lee Syarief and the full team of Master Trainers, kick up your skills through a variety of educational sessions, and network with SYNC members from around the world. You’ll leave this action-packed event ready to teach more successful classes.

Master Class + Opening Session

Kick off the SYNC Summit with a heart-pumping hour-long Master Class, including the newest content taught by Ai Lee Syarief and your team of Master Trainers. After the cooldown, get motivated in a session led by CEO Alberto Perlman and the Home Office. We close out with a session on cueing techniques. See below for details.

Cueing

Effective cueing is key for keeping your STRONG by Zumba® classes easy to follow and safe. This session focuses on four base cueing techniques you can add to your teaching toolbox to improve your communication skills and the student class experience.

Mastering the Base Builders

Expand your knowledge and performance of STRONG by Zumba’s foundational moves. This session focuses on the precision of movement from start to finish.

Kata: Practice & Performance

Train like the ancient warriors did — with a kata. This series of detailed movement patterns was used in Japanese martial arts to memorize and perfect movements until they become second nature. You’ll develop muscle memory, improve technique, and cut response time. Get ready for the exhilaration of your final performance!

Presented by STRONG Master Trainer Team

Inspired by the Master Trainers’ iconic boot camp, this session is guaranteed to bring out your competitive spirit. Work with your teammates in tests of speed, agility, strength, and endurance against an opposing team. Compete for glory — plus fun awards and prizes!

Led by Lead Master Trainer Ai Lee Syarief and a team of Master Trainers

Come back for more training focused on the martial arts moves at the heart of STRONG by Zumba®. This session expands on the original with techniques from Capoeira, the Brazilian martial art, and self-defense practice.

SYNC Lab
Presented by Team of STRONG Master Trainers and Techs

Sharpen your skills with a personalized 3-hour session of interactive drills designed to improve your form and technique. This hard-core session offers one-on-one interaction and personal feedback as you master the latest Quadrant. Learn, be challenged, and leave as a more knowledgeable instructor.
